1เพิ่มเวรด้วยตัวเองAdding a shift manually

2สแกนภาพตารางเวรScanning a roster photo

Scan tab → choose a photo or take one → pick the format that matches your roster:

• Name row + dates — a table with your name followed by a run of dates
• Month grid — a calendar layout with a code in each day's cell
• Nurse roster format — rows of people against day columns 1–31, with codes like ช/บ/ด
• Staffing plan (Excel) — a legend printed in the photo defines each code's exact hours
• All dates — pulls every date found in the image; a fallback for anything else

• Settings → Manage duty types: add/edit categories like ER, Ward, ICU with your own colors
• Settings → Manage shift codes: define what each roster code (like ช, D, OFF) means at your workplace — every hospital's codes differ, so this is fully editable

4การซิงก์ iCloudiCloud sync

• เปิดใช้งานอัตโนมัติเมื่อคุณล็อกอิน iCloud
• เช็คสถานะได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า → "ซิงก์กับ iCloud"
• ต้องใช้ iCloud บัญชีเดียวกันทุกเครื่อง และมีการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต

• Turns on automatically once you're signed into iCloud
• Check status any time under Settings → "Synced with iCloud"
• Needs the same iCloud account on every device, plus an internet connection

5แก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นTroubleshooting

• A name isn't matching: the app uses fuzzy matching tolerant of OCR errors — try picking the correct row yourself from the list
• Reminders aren't appearing: check the device Settings app → Notifications → make sure ShiftOwl is allowed to notify you
